Mr. Roatch is a Navy veteran, and spent the majority of his career shaping the construction industry for over 30 years. He is a LeanSixSig Black Belt Professional and certified in Project Management Essentials, with a strong history of building code development, training and influencing government, building design and construction methods. He created design software for IRC Wall Bracing compliance, and specialized in glulam/CLT heavy timber, now integral in GroundFrame foundation systems
